Remember all that stuff about building shelters and making fires and that Owen has been teaching the Colas? Well, in book three they’re all mighty glad that they paid attention.
There’s nothing cosy about book three – even when it seems cosy. Dax, Gideon, Lisa and Mia are on the run – and then they get joined by someone else; someone you would least expect.
And who are they running from? Trust me… you don’t want to know. Not until you read it on the page.
But if you thought it was going to be midnight feasts and jolly japes and nice puddings from Mrs P, you couldn’t be more wrong.
Dax’s belief in himself and in the people he most cares about is tested to the limit in book three, as death stalks them all across an electrical network and nobody knows who to trust any more.

The answer to all their fears and misgivings, when it comes, is shocking and almost unbelievable… |
